Hon. Consul General of Nepal to Victoria, Chandra Yonzon, who attended as Chief Guest, said that he is happy to see increased participation at Bal Diwas celebrations each year.
Consul General Yonzon thanked volunteers, performers, and Nepalese Association of Victoria (NAV) for organising the event. Bal Diwas celebrations, which this year included a fashion parade, national anthems and children’s talent shows, is held annually to raise awareness of the rights, care and education of children.
